How to Make a Purchase
1. Just browse our Photo Gallery pages, and when you see an item that you wish to buy click on the link to be taken to the print order page where you can see a larger version of the image and choose from the options available. To place any item in your 'shopping cart' click on the 'Add to Cart' button. You will always be asked to confirm each purchase you make. Remember that you can check the contents of your cart and remove any items from it at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' button.
2. When you have chosen all your purchases, click on the 'Checkout' button on the PayPal Shopping Cart page and you will be taken to the review page. Here you can view the details of all your purchases before you proceed to the payment stage. If you need to change any details of your purchase go back to the shopping cart page to make amendments. You can also remove any items from your Shopping Cart if you wish to do so.
3. If you are satisfied that you are ready to complete the order you can then decide if you wish to pay using your credit or debit card. Alternatively if you have a PayPal account you can use that instead. You will then need to complete the form with the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including your name and delivery address and e-mail address. Please be sure to complete these sections accurately and in full. We particularly need your e-mail address to send you confirmation that we have received your order and payment. Remember you don't have to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal shopping cart.
Alternative ways to Buy
UK based customers have an alternative method of purchase. They may, if they prefer, send us an order through the post. Payment can then be made either by sending a cheque. Please use this printable Order Form (pdf document). If you wish to order and pay by post, you must make sure that you complete the order form fully and that you have calculated the correct carriage charge. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the preparation of your order.
Description of Goods
All goods offered for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description of them. Whilst every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the colours and dimensions of the prints, variation in both user settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some circumstances for which The Magic of Cornwall cannot be held responsible. The dimensions given are a approximate. The Magic of Cornwall reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.
Stocking
All items offered by The Magic of Cornwall are ALWAYS stocked by us because we print them upon demand. Products, which become ‘out of stock’ are removed from the site immediately and not offered for sale. For this reason, we are normally able to prepare and despatch your order within three to five working days of receiving it. Only in exceptional circumstances, such as holidays, should there be any exception to this timetable.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer our prints to UK customers, with no postage and packing charges, The prices you see on the site are what you will pay.
Overseas customers will need to Contact us to allow us to quote you a price which will include posting and packing. When we have sent you a quotation which is agreeable to yo we will forward a link so that you can still use the PayPal shopping Cart.
Shipping UK orders
The basic service for the shipment of UK orders is by First Class Post. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific day or time with orders placed on the Internet. If you require delivery of an order by a specific time then please contact us by e-mail or telephone in order that we may advise you of the delivery schedule.
Shipping Overseas Orders
Overseas orders normally be sent by Air Mail Small Packet. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific day or time with orders placed on the Internet. Tax Charges
VAT is not charged to any customers in the UK or any customer residing inside or outside the European Community. All non-European Union customers should please note that you may have to pay tax and customs duties in the country of IMPORTATION. The Magic of Cornwall is not liable for these charges which remain the responsibility of the customer/importer. We will not refund in circumstances where customers do not accept delivery on the grounds that they refuse to pay import duties. Import duties vary widely from country to country. For specific information, please contact your local Customs Office.
Customer Details and Payment
Having provided your name and delivery address, a final screen will be presented to you showing the full cost of the items and service and the amount required for payment in UK Sterling. You will be asked for payment by clicking on the appropriate icon. You will then be asked to complete your credit card details.
All prices on this site are quoted in GB pounds sterling. We only accept payment in Great Britain pounds sterling (GBP). If you wish to obtain a real-time estimate of an exchange rate of GBP visit the XE.com Currency Converter to calculate our price in your own currency. Please note that you will be visiting an external site for which The Magic of Cornwall has no responsibility.
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
In the interests of security and for your protection and convenience, we accept payment by credit card through the PayPal secure on-line facility. Once you have entered your card details, the transaction will be submitted to the clearing bank system and approved.
Confirmation of Order
Once you have placed the order you will be provided with a full acknowledgement of your order on-line. PLEASE PRINT A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT which contains full details of your order along with your customer details - it may be required to deal with any enquiry you may have about the order. Over the next day or so, you will receive two e-mails. The first e-mail should arrive almost immediately. It will be from PayPal and will acknowledge and confirm details of your order. If you do not receive this e-mail, then please notify us as soon as possible as your order may not have been received through the system.
Please note : In the interests of security, your credit card details will not be quoted in any e-mail messages sent by us.
A second e-mail will be sent from us as soon as we have despatched the goods. (See Invoice and Delivery).
Invoice and Delivery
Except during holiday periods when there may be a short delay, we normally prepare your order with 5 to 10 days of receipt. A commercial invoice will be included with the order. As soon as we have despatched your order, we will send you an e-mail to advise you that it is on its way to you.
Our office is located in a rural area, so please allow 7 working days for delivery of UK orders, and up to 14 working days for international orders.
Please note that we cannot give any guarantees on delivery. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us prior to placing an order and discuss it with us.
Cancellation
The Magic of Cornwall customers are entitled to cancel any order within seven working days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. If you wish to take up this option, then you must return the goods to The Magic of Cornwall in their original packing and in perfect condition. You must then pay all the postage or shipping costs. The Magic of Cornwall will refund the cost of your order within 30 days of cancellation.

Contracts formed between The Magic of Cornwall and its customers shall be governed in all respects by English law and all customers hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
