Frequently Asked Questions

Please also state your intended purpose for the image, circulation, print run and print size. For website use please quote the proposed position of the image (Home Page or lower level page).

A. Please consult the tables above for a rough estimate of cost. To give you a comprehensive quote please Contact Me with the following information

1. The reference number of the image or images you would like to use
2. Your intended use ie. Newspaper, Magazine, Brochure, Book, Poster or Packaging etc
3. The likely circulation or print-run of your project
4. The amount of time you will require use of the image(s)

Q. What happens then ?

A. You will receive a price quotation by email. If the price quoted is acceptable then please signify your acceptance by email. I will then prepare an invoice and license and send it to you by post. A. My preferred method of delivery is via email. Images can also be supplied on CD if required - there is no extra charges for this service. CDs are formatted to ISO 9660 format so they can be read on either Windows or Mac PCs. In certain circumstances an image can be downloaded from the website - you will be provided with a link by email to enable you to do this.

You quote different rates for large or small businesses ?

Basically a large business would be a company which has a listing on the London Stock Exchange, or a private business with 100 or more emloyees. A small business would be classed as an unquoted company, sole trader or private business with less than 100 employees. Please indicate the business size using these guidelines when enquiring about a quotation. Web Designers or Advertising Agencies should indicate the business size of their client.
